Being a modern woman isn’t easy (not that being a woman ever really was, we’re looking at you Dark Ages).
There’s issues like Insta-envy and trying not to smudge your lipstick, all while fighting the Patriachy.
But Romanian-born/Canada-based Illustrator Cassandra Calin knows your pain. The 21-year-old is a master of documenting the daily struggles of being a young woman in the 21st century, which does via adorable comic strips.
‘I draw comics inspired by my life and experiences. I enjoy laughing at my awkward self and ranting about silly misfortunes such as being born with curly hair,’ she says.
Cassie’s comics are not only hilarious, but also extremely relatable.
