We’ve all left the house in a rush before we’re completely ready. Sometimes we have to accept the fact that we just have to spend the day without the deodorant we forgot to put on, and sometimes we spend those rare spare few moments on the train to fix any last minute mishaps on the train.

It isn’t uncommon to see women applying or fixing their make-up on the train to work in the mornings. But it seems that one man, in particular, deems it “unbecoming” of ladies to apply their make-up during their morning commute.

Twitter [email protected] was on the London Underground on New Year’s Eve when she and several other passengers witnessed a man telling the lady he was with that she shouldn’t put make-up on whilst on the train.


Fortunately, fellow passengers were as appalled by the audacity of the man’s statement as we are, because their reactions were fantastic.
