You may have noticed that Holly Willoughby is looking more incredible than ever, even after giving birth to three children!

Regular viewers of This Morning and her 2.8 million followers on Instagram sure have noticed, and they’re dying to know how she has achieved her incredible figure as a mum of three.

Well, you’re all in for a treat. The secret to how she lost weight fast, and how she’s managing to keep it off is only down to three cheap, easy to purchase and yummy foods.

Chicken, carrots and hummus.

That’s it! The Sunday Mirror have revealed that the protein, chickpeas and veggie are all the TV presenter is really eating as a part of her strict, and it’s really working wonders!

A TV insider said: “Holly is determined to keep her new-look body, so she eats chicken, carrots and hummus.

Of course that’s not all she’s consuming, but those three foods make up the main bulk of her meals and diet – so don’t worry, it can be achievable for you too, as insiders claim: “You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either, to satisfy her sweet tooth.”

The 36-year-old has also started attending both ballet and kickboxing to keep in shape, which are obviously doing the trick! After all, diet is only one part of weight loss – you have to exercise too!

The insider source reports that “She loves doing them. She says she’s discovered ‘a new me’ and won’t be giving up any time soon.”

Holly admits that “The children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself.”

However Willoughby has refused to comment on her new diet and figure, but she has said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.”
