If you are anything like me, then you know that making breakfast isn’t always easy when you aren’t a morning person.
I like breakfast food, particularly the tasty kind that requires a good amount of time in the kitchen, but I am also groggy, rushed and lazy in the morning, so my cravings and my energy level counteract. Usually, I wind up throwing on some instant oatmeal or grabbing a granola bar only to be starving two hours later.
