Anakin Skywalker is one of the Star Wars franchise’s most well-known characters, going from a boy racer who built C3-PO to joining the dark side and becoming Darth Vader.
But do you remember when Anakin was still small and cute and innocent? That Anakin was played by Jake Lloyd.
Jake was 10-years-old when he began filming the prequel trilogy, and Star Wars wasn’t even his first gig! He appeared on “ER” as Jimmy Sweet.
After his stint on “ER”, Jake became a sought after Hollywood child actor, and went on to appear alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in “Jingle All The Way” which eventually led to him being cast in Star Wars.
He then spent a number of years doing voice acting for Star Wars video games and attending conventions, and appeared in his last movie, “Madison”, in 2005.
