Chet Hanks

Unlike famous actor Tom Hanks’ other children, Chet Hanks does not hold the same “good guy” reputation as their father. In fact, he soon showed his colours as a controversial figure. He was wanted by the British police for excessive damage to a hotel room, had drinking and drug problems, and had no issue with using the N-word as a white man. During COVID-19’s initial outbreaks, Chet Hanks also revealed himself as a staunch anti-vaxxer.

Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen is the son of Michael Sheen and was once one of the best-paid actors in all of Hollywood. His behaviour was despicable enough to get him fired from Two and a Half Men despite being the main star. He was actively antisemitic and gravely insulted Chuck Lorre. Whether it has anything to do with him being the son of another famous actor is debatable, but it still puts a bad name on him.

Kiefer Sutherland

Kiefer Sutherland’s father is none other than famous Canadian actor Donald Sutherland. Kiefer Sutherland did his fair share of acting too, but he is on all accounts a very unpleasant man to work with. He is reported as being incredibly unprofessional and expects others on set to work to his schedule.

Weston Cage

You know Nicolas Cage as a great actor in a lot of bad movies, but you might not have heard of his son, Weston Cage. He is not a famous actor like his father and he’s also not the greatest of people. Back in 2011, Weston Cage was arrested for domestic violence, and he has been caught driving under the influence before as well. It’s not a good look.

Robert Downey Jr

As you may have gathered from his name, Robert Downey Jr is the son of Robert Downey Sr. He fell in at the deep end and was taking drugs by the time he was only 12 years old. He was in and out of prison for a while, being charged with possession of drugs. He went through rehab and got clean right before shooting the first Iron Man movie which came out in 2008.

Jaycee Chan

Jackie Chan is known as a famous actor who is meant to be pretty decent to work with and has managed to keep up a good reputation. The same cannot be said about his son Jaycee. In 2015, Jaycee was sentenced to six months in prison by the government in Beijing due to his possession of marijuana. This is pretty ironic considering Jackie Chan being one of the Chinese government’s foremost anti-drugs ambassadors since 2009.

Marcus Jordan

Marcus Jordan is the son of famous basketballer Michael Jordan. Being a professional athlete takes a lot of discipline and respect, which does not appear to be something Marcus has at the same level as his father. He was arrested in 2012 for disorderly conduct when he got into a noisy fight with two women while intoxicated. He has also shared indecent photos of himself online with seemingly no thought for our poor Instagram feeds.

Cameron Douglas

You’ve almost definitely heard of actor Michael Douglas, who has starred in films like Fatal Attraction and Ant Man. His son Cameron is not famous as an actor, but instead turned to a life of crime through drugs. He’s been arrested for drug dealing multiple times, including a five-year sentence for dealing out of a fancy hotel in New York. His sentence was then extended because he tried to smuggle drugs into the prison.

Marston Hefner

The late founder of Playboy, Hugh Hefner, had two sons. While Cooper did not put up too much trouble, his son Marston proved to be a bit of a liability. Marston Hefner dated one of the ‘Playboy Playmates,’ referring to the girls featured in a centrefold of one of the Playboy magazines. Marston beat up his Playmate girlfriend and destroyed her laptop, resulting in him being charged with domestic violence.

Christian Brando

Famous Old Hollywood actor Marlon Brando had a son named Christian. Christian was convicted of manslaughter and put in prison back in 1990 which is enough to land him on this list. The person Christian Brando killed was his half-sister’s boyfriend. He shot the other man on Marlon Brando’s estate, which got him six years in prison. Christian’s wife also accused him of abuse in 2005 and he was convicted.
