The best of Hollywood gather every year in France for the Cannes Film Festival. Here, we get to see the preview of the latest movies that cover all the genres from all over the world. Apart from getting a short preview of the movies, we also get to see our favorite celebrities wearing the hottest and sharpest outfits on the red carpet. Here are some of the jaw-dropping looks that we have seen walking on the red carpet.

Penelope Cruz

At just the age of 15, this Spanish beauty was signed by an agent and a year later, she appeared in her first film. From there, her success only skyrocketed. In fact, Penelope Cruz is actually the first Spanish actress to ever receive an Academy Award and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. So when she showed up on the 2011 Cannes red carpet donning such a luxurious Marchesa gown, we weren’t surprised.

The new “It” couple? Maybe. At the 2016 Cannes Film Festival, the Clooneys certainly stole the show. Amal’s stunning pastel yellow, one-shoulder silk chiffon Atelier Versace gown was a showstopper. And that’s no understatement.

Sure Blake Lively is a tough act to follow, but we think that American fashion model, Bella Hadid, is doing just fine. Heck, Hadid was voted the 2016 Model of the Year by Model.com – just like her big sis, Gigi, Bella is a force to be reckoned with. Oh, and this Roberto Cavalli Gown is to die for!

Aishwarya Rai

Just in case you’ve never heard of Aishwarya Rai, she’s an Indian actress, model, and also the winner of the Miss World 1994 pageant. Oh, and in case you couldn’t tell – she’s often called “the most beautiful woman in the world”. So when she showed up to the 2017 Cannes Film Festival wearing none other than Michael Cinco, heads collectively exploded.

Jessica Chastain

Back in 2012, Jessica Chastain was named by Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. However long before 2012, Chastain has been bagging accolades like a Golden Globe Award and Academy Award for Best Actress. Anyways, at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, Chastain showed up in this radiant Zac Posen gown.

What more could we possibly tell you about the great Angelina Jolie that you aren’t already aware of?
