Kelly McCreary is best known for playing Dr Maggie Pierce, the half-sister of Meredith Grey, on Grey’s Anatomy, from 2014 to 2023. McCreary announced in January 2019 that she and director Pete Chatmon were engaged after meeting on the Grey’s Anatomy set in 2017. They were married in May of that year. Richard Flood & Gabriella Pession

Richard Flood took roles in Titanic: Blood and Steel, Crossing Lines and Red Rock before landing the recurring role of Dr Cormac Hayes on Grey’s Anatomy in 2019. Greg Germann found fame on 90s hit Ally McBeal before appearing in Ned & Stacey, Once Upon a Time, and – more importantly – Grey’s Anatomy, in which he played Tom Korakick. Scott Speedman & Lindsay Rae Hofmann

After finding fame in Felicity and the Underworld movies, Scott Speedman joined Grey’s as Dr Nick Marsh in 2018. He became a series regular by the eighteenth season. Love-wise, Speedman’s personal life is going just as well. Currently in a relationship with Lindsay Rae Hofmann, the pair announced Hofmann’s pregnancy in May 2021. In October of that year, they welcomed a daughter.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan & Hilarie Burton

A popular actor on both the big and small screen, Jeffrey Dean Morgan has over 78 credits to his name including such TV hits as Supernatural, Weeds, The Walking Dead and, yes, Grey’s Anatomy, on which he played Denny Duquette for 23 episodes between 2006 and 2009. Morgan started dating actress Hilarie Burton back in 2009. They have two children, and wed in 2019.

Harry Shum Jr. & Shelby Rabara

Prior to joining Grey’s Anatomy as Dr Benson “Blue” Kwan in 2022, actor and dancer Harry Shum Jr. had appeared in Glee, plus such films as the Step Up movies, Crazy Rich Asians and Everything Everywhere All at Once. Shum started a relationship with actress and dancer Shelby Rabara in 2006. The pair married in November 2015 in Costa Rica, and have a daughter.

In 2020 Henderson announced on Instagram he was dating model Aisha Mendez, with the pair even sharing quarantine together in NZ. The pair have since seemingly split, with Henderson having deleted all traces of the relationship from social media.

The pair would marry in 2018, but sadly were divorced by late 2020.

Sarah Chalke is best known for her portrayals of Becky Conner in Roseanne and Elliot Reid in Scrubs, as well as the voice of Beth in Rick and Morty. Chalke appeared in a season nine episode of Grey’s Anatomy as the mother of a child with a mysterious illness. While she now appears to be single, Chalke was previously married to Canadian lawyer James Afifi.

Rita Moreno & Lenny Gordon (widowed)

Considered one of the last survivors of Hollywood’s Golden Age, Rita Moreno’s career has spanned seven decades and seen the actress win almost every award going. The actress portrayed the estranged wife of a car crash victim in a season 12 episode of Grey’s Anatomy. Moreno tied the knot with cardiologist Lenny Gordon in 1965, with the pair remaining married until Gordon’s death in 2010.

Jake Borelli & Chase Williamson

Jake Borelli is best known for his portrayal of Dr. Levi Schmitt in Grey’s Anatomy. In 2018, Borelli came out as gay, making the revelation on Instagram moments after the airing of an episode in which his character did the same. The actor is currently in a relationship with fellow actor Chase Williamson.

Jennifer Westfeldt & Jon Hamm (split)

Jennifer Westfeldt is a woman of many talents, known for writing, producing and starring in award winning films. Westfeldt appeared in a season five episode of Grey’s Anatomy as a pregnant woman who accidentally ran over her husband. In real life, the actress was in a relationship with Jon Hamm from 1997 to 2015. Although she didn’t run him over, they’ve gone their separate ways.

Jesse Plemons & Kirsten Dunst

Jesse Plemons got his showbiz break in childhood with a role in Friday Night Lights. These days, Plemons is perhaps best known for portraying the sociopathic Todd in Breaking Bad, a character that is a far cry from the kindly man with an unusual bone disorder he played in Grey’s Anatomy’s second season. The actor has been married to Kirsten Dunst since 2022.

Michaela Watkins & Fred Kramer

After breaking into showbiz as part of LA comedy troupe The Groundlings, Michaela Watkins joined the cast of Saturday Night Live. Watkins’ comedic talents translated well to a superstitious character in the second season of Grey’s Anatomy that refused surgery after falling out of a tree. The actress is married to Fred Kramer, a businessman and former executive director of the Jewish World Watch.

Katie Lowes & Adam Shapiro

Katie Lowes has won critical acclaim with her portrayal of Quinn Perkins in ABC’s Scandal and Rachel DeLoache Williams in Netflix’s Inventing Anna. The actress played a blood donor in a season seven Grey’s Anatomy episode. Lowes is married to actor Adam Shapiro, who played her character’s boyfriend in an episode of Scandal.

Ken Marino & Erica Oyama

Ken Marino became a cast member of MTV’s The State right out of college, has since appeared in many TV shows and films including Marry Me, Children’s Hospital and Wet Hot American Summer. He appeared in Grey’s Anatomy season two episode as a man shot by a former employee. Marino is married to screenwriter Erica Oyama, with whom he has two children.

Maggie Siff & Paul Ratcliff (widowed)

Maggie Siff is best known for her roles on Mad Men, Billions and Sons of Anarchy, the latter of which saw her twice nominated for a Critics Choice Award. Siff played a woman suffering from malnutrition in season four of Grey’s Anatomy. The actress married Paul Ratcliff in 2013, but he tragically passed away from a brain tumor in 2021.

Danny Strong & Caitlin Mehner

Best known for his roles in Gilmore Girls and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Danny Strong is equally talented when he’s not on camera, writing a number of films including the finale of The Hunger Games. Strong played a patient who’d been mauled by a lion in season eight of Grey’s Anatomy. The actor and writer is currently engaged to actress Caitlin Mehner.

Jesse Williams & Aryn Drake-Lee

Jesse Williams plays Jackson Avery on Grey’s Anatomy, otherwise known as the Ross to April Kepner’s Rachel. Off-screen, the drama has continued for Williams – he married Aryn Drake-Lee in 2012 but she filed for divorce from the actor in 2017, which was finalized in 2020. The custody battle for their children turned extremely ugly and Drake-Lee is demanded over $160,000 in spousal and child support.
